This past week Tina and I had the best time working with Stephanie.  She booked her session back in December and had been sweatin' bullets ever since, just thinking about it.  This was so far out of her comfort zone.  I have known Stephanie for a while and when I look at her all I see if a beautiful woman on the inside and out, but like all of the fabulous ladies I have worked with, when the shoot began, out came her list of  things she didn't like about herself.  The impact that Steph's shoot had on her was significant and I asked if she would be willing to come on my blog as guest blogger and share the "after effect" with you all.  So please welcome, Stephanie.

Children's Photographer in Castle Pines, Co

Yesterday the girls didn't have school, so we planned a day at the rec center pool... but first, we met up with Cooper!!

He is turning 4 in just a couple of weeks and well... every birthday should be documented.

Plus, he has another very important job!

 He is going to be a big brother and he is in charge of gettin' the word out to all their friends and family.

Cooper's mom whipped together this very nifty chalkboard.  What I would like to know is how did she do the date banner at the bottom?

 This is my 3rd shoot with Cooper and I am always so impressed with how polite and well behaved he is, he is such a delight to work with!!  

 And Bonus!!  We got to see a firetruck and a crane!!  How cool is that?

Probably won't be back until Tuesday, unless...  I am hoping to have a guest blogger!  One of my very own clients, who I have asked to share her experience with her recent boudoir shoot!

But until then, I am going to try and find the floor in my house again!!  My nephew and his beautiful bride to be are coming over for dinner!!

 Yep, it was another day of extreme cuteness in the world of Cija.  No... I am not on location in Africa!

This cute little giraffe is Grayson.  

This was him a year ago!! At his newborn shoot, "ah...."

and look at him now!!  So grown up! and get this, he started walking at 10 months!! 

 Love this hat!! and I adore the picture above!

 He was a great little model!!

It was chilly but he didn't seem to mind at all!!  

 Oh that little face!!!

 Well Grayson, I hope you have a fabulous first birthday!!

Now hurry up and turn two!!

By the way, yesterday Tina and I were busting out a Boudoir shoot and can I just say... it was FABULOUS!  She was so nervous and then over the moon excited with how her pictures turned out.  Remember these shoots aren't just good for valentine's day, they make a great anniversary or birthday gift too!!

Infant Photographer in Castle Rock, CO

On Friday I had a shoot with this little beauty... Brielle.  She is 6 months old and one of my Milestone Babies, you have seen her before at her Newborn and 3 month shoots AND you will get to see her again at 9 months and 12 months.  

I always enjoy Brielle's shoots... one reason would be her very extensive wardrobe choices!!

(I couldn't resist snapping a picture of the wardrobe table!!)

 As a side note, I would like to point out the crazy colorado weather... I drove up to Highlands Ranch in a full on blizzard, couldn't see but 20 feet in front of me and on the way home....

My shoots from yesterday and tomorrow are both being reschedule due to the bitter cold... but I will be back as soon as it warms up a bit, or may haps this would be a good time to sneak in the annual "Favorite Things" shoot, hmmm....
