 Just dropping in for a quick peek at my shoot with Sean and Jessica and their two girls. This turned out to be a two part shoot, the dark and moody sky on our first try made for some dark and moody tones and the sunshine on our second try made for some light and bright photos! Layla and Quinn (hope I spelled those names right) were super sweet and really fun to work with!! Happy Mother's Day, Jessica!!

 I had another opportunity to work with friends this past weekend. Kyle and Lindsay are our Hacienda Colorado buddies and introduced us to the tex-mex enchilada sauce that is pretty darn close to the stuff you find in Texas. We had the most beautiful weather! I hope they love this photos as much at I do!!

 Last night was a beautiful night for a family session! The weather was perfect the wind non-exsistant and the color of fall popping out everywhere! Add 3 fun kids and Wallah! You have a pretty awesome night. I always look forward to seeing the Elmer family in October!

Family Photographer in Castle Rock, CO

When we left our church of 30+ years to attend a church in our local community, Kashia was one of the very first people I met at our new church. The lady at the welcome desk invited me to a Pampered Chef party she was having that afternoon. I decided if I was going to find a new place at this new church I would need to dive in with both feet, so I went to that Pampered Chef party and Kashia was one of the first people I met. She walked up and introduced herself, "Hi, my name is Kashia. It's like "Asia" with a "K"."  Now, here we are 15 years and one family shoot, 2 senior shoots and one newborn shoot later! 

Wind forced a location change but we had a great shoot and it was a real pleasure to work with such great friends!! The invite for dinner and games afterwords made it even better!!!
