 Meet Ava and Ella.

We had a fun Saturday morning shoot together.

Their mom was hoping to capture the final flowers of summer, and the Courtyard in Castle Rock provided a warm fountain and flower background. 

Shoots with kids are always an adventure, and sometimes not everyone is into having their photos taken. This was Ella's year; she just wanted to be with mom and maybe go to the park! But in between the outstretched arms for mom, I was able to capture some sweet moments between these two sisters.

Don't let these sunny photos fool you, it was down right chilly at this shoot!! But these cute kiddos did their very best to put on their best smiles for this special cousin shoot! Cold kiddos may have forced us to end our shoot sooner than planned, but sometimes you just have to embrace the moment and the season of life that you are in! Every season is amazing and these photos will always remind this family of the time when their lives were filled with so many little ones!!! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!!

Am I absolutely over the moon with how these images turned out? Yes, I really am!

Could I have stayed out all night long taking photo of these two delightful young women? Absolutely

Love 'em to death! I just got to do Adam's senior photos a couple of weeks ago and Elizabeth is a junior this year so we are already planning... okay maybe it's just me but she's excited - I just know it! And then Andrew just three years after that... WAIT! Cathy! You need to have more kids!
