This afternoon I got to be with Adam, who is turning 5 and his little sister Elizabeth. What beautiful kids!!! It was so beautiful with the sun streaming through the snow covered trees... absolutely breath taking! However, it is 2 hours later and I am still FREEZING!! Well, it's 5:15 and dark as night outside, these early sunsets are hard to get used to; but frankly I don't mind. It means that I have more evenings at home which is a nice change! Yesterday I spent the afternoon with the Daniel, Melissa & Dawson. It was an absolutely beautiful afternoon for taking pictures. We even ran into a friend of mine... Maternity Photography In Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Parker & Denver Metro

Wow! What a week, 2 feet of snow, 3 snow days & halloween! Tomorrow we will have to figure out how to get back into the routine of school and carpools again. Well, tucked in between the week of fun, I got some sad news... my precious friend Aimee & her family are moving to California. Her husband Matt is leaving on Wednesday and she and the kids will follow on January 8th. The sadness has built over the last few days as the void their leaving will create begins to sink in.
