 So… did you think that I had fallen and couldn't get up!?!?

I mean scheesh!  It's been forever!!

This wickedly cold weather stopped my picture taking dead in it's tracks!

 So, I was very happy to be out there today, camera in hand, snappin' some photos.

Christmas card photos to be exact, of Colleen's 3 boys, Jack, Sam & Max and her beautiful baby girl Katelyn 

 Ummm….. A- Stinkin'- adorable!!!

So… I have a comment.  Tonight Rod and I went Christmas shopping.  What happened to extended holiday hours from Thanksgiving to 12/23?!?!?  Rod and I were escorted out of Forever 21 at 9:10! and how many gift had I purchased 2!!  Only 2!!  Not happy!

Okay… I am off.  All my peeps have stumbled off to bed and I am the lone ranger, still working.  So I'm outta here cuz I got a date with Matthew tomorrow morning and little Miss Emily tomorrow afternoon.  Let the final rush begin!  It's gonna be hopping around her between now and the 18th!!

Just before the weather blew in and I mean just before… our last handful of shots were freezing!!! I met  up with Tari and her family.  It's been 3 years since our last session and boy have those kiddos grown up!!!  Looks like this weather is going to mess with the rest of this week's shoots, so next week oughta be interesting!!!!  Okay, it's dinner time!  and I got 4 hungry people looking at me!

Wednesday, I was with my friend Julie and her beautiful family.  

Now she was a bit bummed out last August when her original session was rained out, but I think it was a blessing in disguise, because I think this shoot was absolutely STUNNING!

Photographer in Castle Rock, CO

I hope you all had a fabulous holiday weekend.  I know we did.  Even got the house decorated for Christmas (all except for the tree, we get that next weekend).  We also got Melia's new room finished, so that was pretty darn exciting!!  All 3 girls now have their own rooms!

But if we back up to last Sunday afternoon, I was with the Kinder family.  This was our 3rd or 4th year of taking photos together… I am too tired to recall (last night was short on sleep).

But I always enjoy my time with this family… the girls are fabulous and so photogenic, which always makes the shoot fun!!  

 Kelly even got to do some "shopping" at The Barn afterwards!!  I wish I could have joined her!  I just love that place!!

Well, I am gonna keep it short.  Not quite ready to get back to work, so I am gonna wrap this up and enjoy the last few hours of the weekend.
