Yesterday I got to have some fun! Alyssa wanted to have some of her senior photos down with a grand piano. Her mom was able to work out a deal with a local piano dealer to let us come in and use their practice/recital room. Now, let me just say, "challenges" before hand really stress me out, but in the in middle of it, I really do love figuring out how to make a not so ideal situation work. While this location was great for a piano recital, it posed some real challenges from a natural-light photography stand point. I won't bore you with the details but instead delight you with the end product. I am so happy with how they turned out.
Another fun aspect to this shoot was that Alyssa was the third of three siblings who have had their senior photos done with me starting is 2016, again in 2018 and now in 2023!
Next, we drove back to Castle Rock and out to Columbine Open Space for the rest of her shoot.
Oh my goodness, what a beautiful day - high 70's, lots of sunshine and just a gentle breeze here and there - absolute perfection!
