Family Photographer in Castle Rock, CO

Ah... a late night post. I am not doing too many of these anymore, I have been trying to be better about sleeping! HA! But tonight, the hubby is working late and the girls are fast asleep so it is a good opportunity to try and do some catching up!

Originally, I was supposed to be with Darcie and her family last Tuesday, which was jury duty day. You may have not heard... all that excitement and guess what?

They didn't need me! I never even got a chance to go to the court house... I almost cried.

Let's just say the Jury commissioner is on my list!

But... Darcie was kind enough to let me push her on the schedule to Saturday. I was a little worried about how the weather was going to be after snow on Friday,

but in true Colorado style it was fabulous!

Darcie and Keith have such sweet boys... Logan and Cole.

See what I mean!!! Look at the sweetness!!!

The colors were so beautiful this past weekend in Castle Pines and I love how the ground was sprinkled with leaves too.

Check out the red in the bush below!! I love this shot, it's going to take my Fave of the Day.

The boys were just running around in circles, laughing and giggling!

Good Morning! I hope you all had a great weekend! Ours was jam packed!

We painted the exterior of our house, "we" being my husband and my brother-in-law.

I was busy with photo shoots, cooking, cleaning the kitchen, cooking, cleaning the kitchen... you get the idea!!

But... if we rewind to last Thursday morning, I was with Aidric for his 9 month pictures!

9 months??? Seriously???

The one above is hands down my Fave of the Day (can I just say how happy I am that auto correct has finally given up on correcting "Fave"!!)

We went for a multi-location shoot... He needed a little break and yummy bottle so head down the way a bit to The Barn, because they have the best outdoor decor!!

Where he even got to show off his very impressive standing up skills!

2 Little Ladies with Hooks

So pardon me while I take a personal moment. My sister Wendy and my mom have started their own business selling the fabulous "stuff" they make! And two of my favorite people got to serve as models for their products and I got to take the pictures! SO... I had to share!

A month or so ago... Lucy joined us in the park to model a few of her baby hats and diaper covers, these are just 2 of my favorites "Cheddar" the mouse and "Poochini" the puppy! So stinking CUTE!!

There was also a bunny, duck, panda, CU Buff wear, Bronco wear and a pumpkin!

And then on Saturday while Rod and my brother-in-law, Glen painted the outside of our house, Melia got to model some of the kids/teens and women's fashion. Poor girl, I thought she was going to have a heart attack! She was so in love with the hats and cowls and her favorite part was that she could switch out the flowers on the cloche hats and "toasty" ear warmers AND even layer them for more looks.

I loved the "Nordic" hat!! and the "Kaleidoscope" cowl.

And how stinkin' cute are these "Toasty" ear warmers!

So many fabulous embellishments!!
