High School Senior Photographer in Castle Rock, CO

Oh man... sometimes I just love my job.  Okay, maybe not at 11:09PM when I am trying to get sneak peeks up and orders out the door, but at 5:30 PM when I get to take pictures of such amazing young people like this beautiful girl!! Then it is really awesome!

This is Emma, she is a 2017 Senior at Lutheran High School in Parker, CO. 

The future is still a bit of a mystery for Emma, but she is toying with a career in either nursing or marketing. 

 I really had the best time with Emma and I loved her gorgeous outfits!  

 And her hair.  I was seriously coveting the hair. 

 and the smile, amazing smile!

 And the eyes!! Oh I love this photo with the leaves!

 I am going to miss these seniors.  I just love working with seniors sooo much!

Senior Photographer in Castle Rock, CO

It's back to the work! I wish I could say that we spent yesterday enjoying BBQ's with the friends, but no.  Our basement flooded, so we spent it mucking around in soggy wetness!  YUCK! But today, while Rod continues to muck around in soggy wetness, I am returning to the dry comfort of work!

And it is time for  a sneak peek of my shoot with Brailey.  Brailey plans to study law and hopes to work in the field of international business one day.  

 We had a super fun time, I hope you enjoy the photos!!

 One last picture to match her older sister's from several years before, we even did that without looking.  Pretty close if I do say so myself.

Senior Photographer in Castle Rock, CO

Just dropping in for a quick sneak peek at Taylor's shoot.  

Taylor is 2017 senior at Castle View High School.

We had the most beautiful weather, after a very cloudy rainy day!! 

 Taylor was joined by her mom and a couple of friends, who came along for moral support. 

 I could have stayed out there shooting for hours! I was having such a fun time!! 

But... I ran out of sunlight.  Boo!

Senior Pictures in Castle Rock, CO

This lovely lady is Marissa and she is a 2017 Senior at Lutheran High School.

 She is planning to go to CSU, where she will study biomechanical engineering. 

Which means she's smart and BE-YOU-Tiful!!

 And... she is not a fan of bugs.  Things got a little jumpy there for awhile and I was hanging on my by a thread.  I am not a fan of bugs either.

 But she started looking so I started looking and that is NOT good. 

On a positive  note, after the red ant fiasco, we saw a beautiful rainbow.

 but... after the rainbow, it rained on us! 

But, we managed to stick it out and finish the shoot.

 Oh! Here is a picture in the rain! 

 Now, can I take a minute.  Just before Marissa's shoot, I dropped off two of my girls at play practice when I noticed that I had managed to rub most of my makeup off.  Melia offered her eyeliner.  But she wears the liquid stuff, I use powder, I thought something is better than nothing.  So I lined my eyes.  I realized that I looked a bit scary, no eye shadow, no mascara just black liquid liner but I was determined to just let it go.  BUT then I got in the car after the shoot, this liner is clearly not waterproof!! I had black liner all over the place!  Oiy!  Talk about a first impression!

Great shoot! Great fun!!  Not great eyeliner!!
