Yesterday morning, I headed to the mall to meet up with two of my very favorite little girls!!

Keeley and...

 Kensington!!!

 We had a very fun time together!!

 and I was a big fan of all their cute outfits! 

So much sweetness!!!

 Keeley is getting so grown up, she was so motivated to do her very best job today. 

I loved her sweet heart during this shoot.

There was a bit of frustration over who would wear the necklace below… While she was victorious of the moment she wasn't quite ready to let go of her deep emotions about the issue.

Oh man… I just love these girls!

High School Senior Pictures in Parker, CO

 Ummm… So this shoot was really fun!  

This is my second time working with a dancer and I think I am in love.

 Do you think there is a market for a "Dance Photographer"????

Because WOW! It's just so much fun!

 This is Maddie, a 2016 Senior from Ponderosa High School.

She has been dancing since she was 2!! And has been doing Point for 3 years now. 

 The Highland's Ranch Mansion was the perfect place to do her shoot!! 

 Love this "jumping photo"  and the way the tutu is… humph, what's the word?!?

I don't have a word, I just like the way it looks!

 After the dance photos it was time for the more classic senior photos.

 Although… I thought all her outfits were ballerina-esck!

 Look at the pretty bling on that shirt! Totally something a ballerina would wear.

 Ummm.  I really really love these two shots of her!

 Oh!  And she doesn't just dance she plays the clarinet!

I tooted on a clarinet, myself… in the long time, far away, can barely remember it,  past!

 Of course, I was wearing knee highs and head gear so… not quite as glamorous!

 So Maddie is leaning towards UNC, where she plans to study nursing. 

 I wish her all the best in all of her endeavors!

Family Photographer in Castle Pines, CO

 Just dropping in for a  late night sneak peek! I hope you all had a very festive holiday weekend.

The Cooksey's were busy, busy busy!

 But just before we kicked off all the celebrating I  met up with Michaela and her sibs for a photo shoot in honor of mom (who got to come along and watch the goings on!)

 I'm not gonna lie… sometimes workin' with old "kids" is a whole lot easier!

 And what a handsome group of kids!

 I really love to watch how older siblings interact with one another, I look forward to seeing my girls as a adult sisters.

 And NO… I am not going to list their names, it has been too long!

I am sure to butcher them!!  So I am not even going to try!

 I said, NO! You can't make me. 

 After our shoot it sounded like dinner out, or at the very least a stop by mom's from some homemade potato salad!

Okay… it's getting very difficult to stay up any longer, so… it's nighty night for me!

Senior Pictures in Castle Rock, CO

 Hello Again!  Time for another sneak peek.

 Last night I did a combo shoot, part family/part senior pictures.

 Kristi told me that they haven't had a family photo done since these kids were toddlers!

I would say they are certainly due!

 After a few family photos it was time to focus on Trey and his senior pictures.

 Which by the way, he was only doing for his mom.

 Trey is on the swim team at Arapahoe High School and will graduate spring of 2016. 

 He's not entirely sure where he will attend college but is looking at schools in Arizona (and yes, I warned him about the heat and the creepy crawly things that live there.)

 As for career aspirations… it is still up in the air but he is thinking that he will get a degree in business.

 It was the perfect night for a photo shoot. 

(Minus the pesky mosquitos!!  Don't forget the bug spray!!)

 Now it is back to work, before it's time for church in the park!

(I love church in the park!)
