Three and a half years ago, Melia's best friend in the whole wide world moved with her family to North Carolina. It was a very sad day. Not just for Melia but the whole family, because our families were close friends. We did life together on a regular basis.
But today, Elaina (and her mom) came for a visit!
Today has been a very happy day!
When your mom is a photographer, the natural thing to do is to have a besties shoot!
I love these girls so much! and it brings this mama a lot of joy to see her baby girl so happy.

Shopping, movies and hours and hours of talking and laughing!
When you find a friend, you hold on to them, because true friends are hard to find!
